A Couple Safety Reminders

We are writing to share an important safety reminder regarding our campus policies. To ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all students and staff, we require all students to bring their student ID badges and be able to show them to a staff member at any time while inside the school building. Beginning Monday, 11/2, this will be strictly enforced by all staff, including students showing IDs to enter the building and when entering the lunchroom, as IDs will help us ensure students are in the correct lunch.
Safety and security are our top priorities. Requiring student IDs helps us protect our school community in several key ways:

- Allows staff and security personnel to easily verify authorized individuals and immediately recognize visitors.
- Helps quickly identify and account for all students during safety drills and emergency situations.
-  Facilitates efficient access to daily school resources, including cafeteria, library checkouts, and attendance tracking.

We appreciate your support in helping your child build a daily habit of bringing and ideally wearing their ID badge every morning. If your child loses or forgets their ID, please have them speak to their FA teacher or the front office to have a new one made.

Thank you for your continued partnership in keeping our school safe.

We also would like to remind parents:
If you pick your student up at the end of the day, please do not pull into the front circle drive. The car rider pickup is in the back parking lot of the building. This protects our students and keeps traffic flowing.  Please see the map below if you have questions.
